Zimbabwe AIDS Network started setting up a grant management unit. Ernest and Young have been given the task of setting up of the grants making unit and the development of the actual systems, structures and procedures and, tools needed to run the unit. The grant management unit will be responsible for supervising the design, development and implementation of grants. 

It is highly expected that by the end of 2008, the Grant Management Unit will be established at Zimbabwe AIDS Network through support from Irish Aid and DFID.
