The Resource mobilization unit is instrumental to the day-to-day running of the organisation as it seeks resources to facilitate programming within ZAN. The unit is responsible for establishing the first contact with potential funders and drafting proposals.

ZAN has completed a Strategic planning for the period covering 2007 - 2010; This has so far been submitted to our traditional funding partners including GTZ and SIDA.

UNAIDS has secured funding to support ZAN member profiling exercise. The funds will be utilized to engage consultants to refine the member database, link it to the website and establish exact geographical location of organizations through GIS software.
